It is our firm belief that patient care comes first.  We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to make sure that our patients are well cared for, put at ease, and are made to feel welcome.  We do our best to schedule our patients at the most convenient time for his/her schedule.  This time is set aside especially for each individual patient. We make every effort to be on time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.

If an appointment cannot be kept, patients are kindly asked to call and provide a 48 hour notification.  We reserve the right to impose a missed appointment/late cancellation fee.

Every patient is important to us and no one can predict when a dental emergency may arise.  Should an emergency arise while the office is closed, a call can be placed directly to our office at (401) 295-5511.  During the hours the office is closed, your call will be forwarded to an answering machine, where you'll be instructed in how to contact Dr. Morisseau.

New patients are always welcome. Almost all new patients have been referred by existing patients; there is always room for another smiling face. We consider it a compliment when family and friends are referred to us.  on behalf of Dr. Morisseau and the entire team; thank you for your compliment and your trust.

As an expression of our appreciation for new patient referrals, a twenty-five dollar credit is awarded to the referring patient.  This credit is for use within our office and can be used towards treatment or products.

It is our joint responsibility to see that dentistry is properly cared for after completion, and to ensure your dental health is maintained.  Together, we will determine the best time interval between visits.

Regular Preventive recall visits promote superior dental health and reduce your expenses.  This is why we insist that patients have yearly check ups with the doctor during their cleaning appointment, as well as regular X-rays.  If the patient has a healthy mouth, that is to say, free of cavities and periodontal disease, it is not recommended that more than 18 months pass without X-rays being taken.

When you arrive at the office, please check at the front desk.  Also, please advise the staff member of any changes in your health, medications taken, address or phone numbers, and/or employment and insurance converge.

Payment is
always expected at the time services are rendered, which is why me make the effort to make sure you are aware of any co-pays you may have, to the best of our ability.  If we must issue a bill, a billing fee will be added each month your account goes unpaid.  We pride ourselves in trying to work with you to overcome any financial difficulties you may have in paying for your dental work.  Please feel free to ask the office staff about payment arrangements, extended payment plans and financial policies.
